CURRENLTY INTERVIEWING for:
1st Shift Team Members
We are seeking 1st Shift Team Members to interview to become an integral part of our team in the future! These positions are temp to hire for 90 days (520 worked hours). Upon successful completion of the 90-day period (520 worked hours), these positions will become eligible for full time.

Accepting Applications to Interview for the following department:
- Cold Forging Operators- All Shifts
Responsibilities will vary depending on the area, but could include and not be limited to the following:
- Will operate machines in the following departments: Cold Forging
- Will complete required paperwork in all departments
- Use mechanical skills to troubleshoot in the Cold Forging department
- Must maintain attention to detail and use gauges and calipers in the following departments: Cold Forging
- Participate in 5S-Visual Workplace Standards in all departments
- Operate a stacker in some limited departments
- Practice FIFO (First In, First Out) in all departments
- Must communicate with team members and management on all shifts to ensure quality of production in all departments
- Attend all training required in all departments
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 Years of Mechanical Experience for Cold Forging
- Ability to stand, squat, bend, and possibly use stairs throughout the course of the shift in all departments
- Ability to lift up to at least 50 lbs. in all departments
- Must be 18 years of age or older for all positions
Job Type: Full time after completion of 520 worked hours
Wage, Non-Exempt: Cold forging operators pay additional after full-time hire.
2nd Shift Team Members
We are seeking multiple 2nd Shift Team Members to interview to become an integral part of our team in the future! These positions are temp to hire for 90 days (520 worked hours). Upon successful completion of the 90-day period (520 worked hours), these positions will become eligible for full time.
